  We stayed for 2 days. I wasnt sure what to expect since id never been to Florida. It was beyond anything i could expect. I caught fish of the dock,we had 4 manatee swim right up to us. And theres a wonderful Italian restaurant right down the street. Very highly recomended.

  The property is beautiful!! We wished our stay was longer!! We were there for baseball tournament and you just don’t know when you’re going to catch a break to get in the pool!!

  Definitely under renovation and will be better… rug not attached to the floor, some outlets didn’t work, some not plugged in and couldn’t be with the furniture configuration. They’ll figure it out and I hope it isn’t too pricey when it becomes a Marriot

  Our check in time was at 3 and the cleaning person called out so when we got there a guy that was odd and made us feel very uncomfortable came rushing to the door with cleaner or spray said he was coming back to check the room because of this. He wasn’t even sure if it was ready for us. The floor had sticky stuff on it all around the island. The listing contained MAJOR FALSE advertising! We were told no code was needed for game room which wasn’t true. The listing stated and showed there was an air hockey table, darts, a foosball table, more games etc. This was a huge factor for me to book this since my son’s two favorite things are air hockey and darts and it would help keep him busy in the evening being autistic and having severe ADHD. ALL that is in the game room was foosball that none of us enjoy and an arcade game. I let my contact David know and he told me there was an arcade at Ober 1 mile down the road. We paid almost 400$ for 2 nights to enjoy the amenities here and spent a ton of money elsewhere on the trip not to go to an arcade when this place was SUPPOSED to have these amenities. Also the living room TV had horrible reception so we couldn’t watch it when our son went to sleep. One jacuzzi was down as well so there wasn’t room for everyone to enjoy the jacuzzis.

  I didn't like the way the staff handled me in the beginning I didn't like the way that I was told that parking was free but as soon as I checked in I had to go back and pay $24 for parking and I was having a meeting which was going to involve for two people to be come over tomorrow for 15 minutes each and I was having to pay $24 each one for those also each one of my visitors only for 15 minutes and I think it was kind of ridiculous and then I got charged for breakfast when I never even went to breakfast there's like a $40 or $49 charge on my receipt for some kind of breakfast something food something and I just don't think it was right my room was dirty to light bulbs didn't work so two of my lights didn't even work my sink in the bathroom was stopped up it was dirty it was like my bed sheets hadn't been changed it was just not nothing I liked my first time being there and I probably won't go back
