      The staff at the front desk is very friendly. We were mistakenly double-charged and they helped resolve the issue. The location is excellent and very close to the beach and local shops. The private parking lot is convenient.

      The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder and conditioner dispenser were broken. The shower floor was very noisy and constantly creaked when you stepped on it. The room was cramped. The base of the toilet was black with dirt and the shower curtain was covered in stains. The elevator doors grind and slam shut, so it felt unsafe. This was our second time staying here. We noticed many of these issues last time, but we wanted to give this place another chance because we like the convenient location so much, but that factor won't be enough to bring us back to this hotel.

      It was nice and very clean. Decently priced and breakfast was good! Shower heads & water pressure on shower was amazing!

      We came to enjoy time away from home and enjoy the pool. As we were using the pool and enjoying ourselves and having a good time, the lady running the hotel very disgustingly came in yelling at us saying we were screaming when we were simply enjoying our time and we're not overly loud. I don't understand having an indoor pool if you can't actually enjoy it with your family and have a good time. There's also a way to talk to people when telling them to quiet down and her demeanor was just absolutely rude towards us. I could understand if she had told us several times but she just came in being rude to us and it was very uncalled for and not a way to run an establishment. Also, open up the outdoor pool if you're worried about people laughing at a pool. Have the indoor pool enclosed so there's no outside noise in the lobby because people come to the pool to enjoy themselves and have a good time.

      Location is central to where we needed to be. The hotel is very clean.

      The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The complementary shampoo was empty. Checkout is at 11:00 AM but housekeeping banged on the door and tried to come into the room at 9:30 AM.

      I was charged a cleaning fee for having a cut on my finger that bled and throwing away the bandaid in the trashcan. I usually stay in this hotel when I come to town, but I will not be doing so again.
