  The room was super clean ! Staff was great. They had complimentary beverages like soda & coffee that was available all day. Location was very close to the boardwalk and the facility was extremely peaceful.

  Not much. It was by the water which was nice but they gave us a parking lot view even though the hotel looked like there were many vacancies.

  The woman who checked us in and out was unfriendly and unwelcoming and did not smile once. She is not someone who should be interacting with guests. The rooms were outdated and stuffy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

  Exterior maintenance….trim needs painting. Missing curtains on one window. Had to drive to Ridgway to get the wonderful food and service for dinner that used to be offered at St Elmo restaurant in the hotel basement.

  Needs major TLC. It was what I expected for the price. It was clean enough, but could definitely use some attention. There was a power strip, with four things plugged into it, hanging from the outlet. Pretty sure that’s not up to code. There is a musty smell in the room that greeted you every time you opened it. Overall, it was OK. The bed linens were clean as was the bathroom, as well was the shower. Can’t beat the price but, not likely to stay there again.
