  We love staying here whenever we fly in and out of Los Angeles Airport. We like the free shuttle bus, the fact that we can check our bags in early, the size of our room, and how friendly the staff is. On on one of our trips, the hotel stored my husband’s golf clubs for a few days. We also like the proximity of the 10 minute walk to In & Out Burger and the park to sit and watch the planes!

  It was only 15mins from downtown, it was a quiet area with restaurant and bar so you really didn't have to go anywhere on top of the indoor pool very nice place to stay over all

  Nothing. It had no redeeming intrinsic qualities other than our work location was nearby. It was so bad we didn’t even use it every night and found an alternative.

  No private parking as the space was always taken. The kitchen is not fully equipped for 4 people. There are only 3 bowls, 3 spoons, 3 cups, and a single dish towel. There were active insects even in the coffee maker. The blinds were missing slats so there was limited privacy. The next door neighbors were all milling around aimlessly creating a discomforting feeling and awkward situation as they watched your every move coming and going. It says dog friendly but the exterior walkways and patch of dirt are filled with trash and glass shards. It is not 6781 sq ft. It might be 600 sq ft. The smoke detectors were dangling from the ceiling. The toilet is not anchored to the floor. The back of the fridge is exposed against the counter and outlets and is sharp and hot so is dangerous to be exposed at the counter. The floors were filthy dirty and it has not been deep cleaned, possibly ever. The kitchen does not have a tumble dryer or washing machine as they are outside in a hut buried in trash and broken bottles. There is no desk, tables, and TV does not have service. The sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and not able to be slept on. The pictures are deceptive as there are no rugs, no coffee table, the blinds did not open or close, and managements responses to requests for parking help when the spot was always occupied were underwhelming. The unhelpful neighbors also sloshed wet paint all over the ground in front of the door and parking spot so it got everywhere. The beds were not cozy as they were hard springs you could feel when you lay down. The driveway is extremely narrow and one way and can only be exited in reverse down a narrow path; it would not fit a modern SUV.

  Horrible water pressure. The bath tub and sinks have a very slow drain. It’s impossible to take a shower after someone else if you’re wanting a clean tub, it seems like the drains are clogged
