Only one elevator was working. For. The. Entire.Hotel. Waits frequently exceeded twenty minutes. The elevator -- God bless it, it must have been exhausted -- was slow and kept stopping at random floors. In the end, in frustration, I used the stairs to and from my 14th floor room. Not a fan of that. No room service, despite the fact that you really emphasize your restaurant on the website. Limited hours for both restaurant and bar. No coffee maker in the room, and the front desk doesn't let food or coffee delivery up to the rooms, according to my delivery guy, who had to leave it in the lobby. Where I would have had to descend and then climb fourteen stories to consume it in peace and privacy. It shouldn't be so hard to get something as simple as a cup of coffee in your room, even if you have to outsource it to a delivery service. We are not savages here, people. When I did go to the bar, John from Dublin was exceptional and poured us a couple of fine drinks, with a side of good conversation. I would totally stay here again, with anticipatory joy, if I knew for sure you got these things ironed out.

At the time of booking, they never specified what we would have to pay: $75 for the daily cleaning service, $30 for the towel set, and $30 for the sheet set (when there were no sheets to make the sofa). bed in the closet, no amenities) in the bathroom there was only a 3-in-1 bottle, and when I tried to use the phone to ask about my luggage, no one answered, (this is because I am not a direct guest of the property, BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT ALSO) I didn't post my review sooner because I was waiting for my $150 deposit to be returned, which was never returned. They told us that at check-in they would charge us another deposit of $150, which was $300. I think if they really want to do things right they should be honest and say everything when people are booking. I have never stayed in a hotel before where I had to pay for an extra towel or sheet (it's ridiculous). They also told us that if we paid everything at the time of booking we could cancel without any charge, but that was not the case, when you want to cancel you can't, and If you call the hotel to ask for information, they transfer you to different numbers because you did not booking at the property. I promise I will never make a reservation with you again, EVER! Everyone can give their opinion according to their experience, this was mine.
