  1)The staff was A+. If anyone was having a bad day you never knew it! These employees had great hearts and attitudes. 100% friendly, helpful and truly kind people. 2)The MATTRESS wasn’t lumpy from (different people/heaviness)- we have been so uncomfortable lately at other hotels. This is a new problem occurring. We slept well. 3) Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was very nice too. Television and WiFi were great. 4) This hotel is a two lane walk across from Lenox Mall, right across from Bloomingdale’s! 5) There is a nice self park right beside the hotel. We really appreciated that part. Very convenient. 6)We never made it to the rooftop restaurant but the one on the first floor was great. Outdoor dining was available. 7) The gym and pool were terrific!

  1) The images on the site show beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline …and there are… at the front and right side. Everything else looks down at the Interstate, Marta trains and a regular train track with all running trains and cars pretty much 24/7. There is a pedestrian crosswalk/ bike/ walking trail, over the interstate into a nice neighborhood so you do see people walking dogs etc. landscaping is nice. A little noisy though. We brought a fan so it did block the noise. They also have a noise machine in each room to block any loud noises. 2) The coffee maker will steal your peace in the morning. Too hard to deal with- didn’t really work, too small and compact… needs to be changed out asap. NOT a happy start to your day.

  Website is misleading regarding amenities. There is no on site parking and parking information provided was incorrect. It ended up costing us $150/day to park ($450). The hotel did give us a $120 credit, but the total parking cost should have been $150 total based on the information provided.

  Parking was a $15 a day fee. Extra $75 hold on your card that isn't refunded for 7+ days? They don't tell you that on the website. Most hotels refund anything like that next day. Was moved 3 times, first room was so noisy I couldn't sleep (under the restaurant), second room had a water leak that flooded the room, third room was nice and comfortable.
