  The location was GREAT, right in the heart of downtown Salem. I really enjoyed the fact that we could walk around the downtown area very easily. The hotel was also very modern looking and I enjoyed the large seating rooms where you can read a book or enjoy coffee in the morning.

  Being on the corner of a busy street, you could hear all the cars going by in the room we occupied all day and night. Not sure if rooms higher up have less street noise, but being on the 3rd floor you could hear all the outside noise, it was hard to sleep. Also, it seemed the walls were rather thin because one morning I heard an alarm going off for at least 5 minutes.

  The pool was amazing and so fun for our 2 daughters. We loved the food and service was impeccable.

  The pool are was a bit dirty and no worries as realize it is hard to keep clean for the entire day with so much people. The rooms could use some renovation love with paint and updates with furniture. Love the tiles in the bathroom!

  Have stayed there a few times, most of the time wonderful. This stay, front desk was not inviting. Was disappointed that no one came in to change out towels, replenish coffee, etc. or just ask if anything was needed.

  It REEKED of cigarette smoke. None of us are smokers so it really affected our lungs plus we had a few asthmatics/allergies that had trouble breathing. We had to buy a ton of cleaning sprays (was not provided any cleaning products), wipes, sprays and candles to decrease the smell. It was horrible. TVs broken, 1 of 2 toilet seats were loose, 3 chairs were broken and placed by trash can upon our arrival. For a house that sleeps 18, it’s important to replace broken chairs for your guests. We sat on the floor a lot of the time. The hot tub never worked. This was unfortunate bc it was too cold during our stay to hang out in the pool and we planned to use the hot tub every day. Very very disappointed. By our last day of our stay the company just stopped replying to me.

  Right under a roller coaster.Was given the room right next to the main road. Was loud. The stream advertised was full of trash on our end and the room seemed smaller than the pics Also the toilet seat had a hair on it when we entered and the waterfall in pool wasn’t running and was just a moldy wall on one end of the pool. The hot tub had only one working jet and there were zero towels in the pool area. And we had to ask for shampoo
