Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was warm and whirlpool worked well! Breakfast was good. Lady who checked us in at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Location is close to Space Needle and museums with easy access to the monorail. There were a few restaurants within walking distance.

The property is loud. We could easily hear the people in rooms around ours. The elevators did not work, so we had to use the stairs for most of the trip. The facilities are outdated and not very clean.

I did not like that I booking.com and Marriott lead me to believe that I would receive points for my stay with Marriott. I also did not stay in a balcony room even though it said I would have a balcony room in my booking. I did not complain about the balcony at the property because we had already waited hours for our room even though I said I’d be there for an early check in.
