  This was our 3rd stay at Casa Limonada. It is a small and quiet place. Yes, a boutique motel! Our suite was very well equipped with everything we needed. Parking is easy. We love the beach chairs and umbrellas that they provide. We will be back!

  The owner is not emotionally stable, had to call the police. WiFi is not working good. Bad drain. Hot/cold water doesn’t adjust properly. While I was staying here I saw police cars coming to this facility multiple times.

  Overall the experience was good because its location, price, cleanness, free breakfast and friendly staff.

  I reported that the overhead usb charger of my bed was broken, but the boss seemed to recognize that it’s me that didn’t know how to use it properly. So the problem didn’t fixed until I checked out. I can only manage this inconvenience myself. But the front staff was very nice to listen to me anyway.

  Seriously no microwave in room. Front desk staff on most part very ‘fake nice’ but when you have a request they are brash. The elevators have something wrong with them…if you have a fear of them or claustrophobia I’d stay away. They are so slow and you aren’t sure if they will ever open. Every guest was commenting on it - surely that’s a safety issue.

  I didn’t realize I had to ask for shampoo in advance so I had to come out of the room and wait for staff, which was nowhere to be found; so I had to call them on the phone from the outside? Basically very understaffed.

  Confused about checkin and parking pass, since the front gate guy may not be there. In our case, he wasn’t, and Google map put us in the wrong building and no response calling the number provided. Luckily, we were there early before the club house closure, and someone did help us. The beds are not comfortable. Kitchen are not well stocked, we only used the microwave.
