The property appears to be beautiful at night. Was unable to view it in the daylight as supposedly the check in person left early (per security staff) & I wasn’t able to get keys to get in. Was sent 3️⃣ separate times to different locations after 2230 ish hours & getting lost trying to get back to the entrance w/ entry guards

The manager was a literally doll! We ran into some issue with a noisy neighbor early in the morning. I can’t remember the lovely young lady’s name, however, she made our stay more than accommodating. Will definitely be staying again!

It is very central to a lot of convenient food options and grocery stores. Only a 6 minute drive to Downtown Flagstaff. The jacuzzi and pool are great. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff were all very friendly.

The tv in room 320 did not work, floors were dirty and had trash on them, no carpet as advertised on booking, room phone didn’t work, bathroom had bodily hair in the bathtub, the rolling chair has crumbs in it. After immediately noticing these things I informed the front desk agent about it and nothing was done to rectify the issue. She simply stated “when it rains it pours” due to her dealing with another issue on the second floor. She’s offered to have someone in house keeping clean the room a bit at 11pm at night. I refused. I’m not sure if they were sold out for the night or not but we were never given the option to change rooms. I ended my stay a night early due to the terrible experience.

On booking.com, we paid $660/night for a double queen bed with a balcony as shown in the pictures included with the price. But what we received was the room without balcony just window only. Then I made my claim, the receiptionist refuses and makes an excuse that because Booking.com never taken pictures of their rooms with different options so then they put up whatever close to it. On the other hand, the hotel offers coffee but the machine to make it is filthy dirty, full of stain sticking inside. As much as this considered to be a somewhat close to 4 stars holtel, they didnt even offer a free water bottle for guess. And the food we ordered, was just extremely disgusting and got overpriced.
