A perfect small hotel - friendly proprietor and very convenient location for restaurants and proximity to the Greek Theater. Clean and has everything we needed for a short stay. It was also very quiet even though there were some loud college parties nearby .

The room wasn’t clean, had pieces of sheet rock on the floor, & visibly dirty sheets. Got a new room but that one was still dirty sadly so we just made due bc we had kids & it was for them to go to the Zoo & swim. The pool shouldn’t even be open the floor feels so soft & dangerous the water was slimy but what really set it off was there is a sharp part of the floor of the pool as soon as you get in & my daughter almost had to spend her birthday in the ER bc of it. Would never stay here again & will warn others not too.

The toilet had a dirty scum ring around the bowl at water level. The toilet paper roll was completely empty, but still hanging on the wall. There was a new unopened roll, but it hadn't been put on the dispenser. The walls had multiple repair patches that were poorly finished and not painted. Low budget toiletries were expected for the price, but the shampoo was very thin and watery and didn't lather well.
