    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Location is beautiful and plenty of activities for kids and dogs. Wife enjoyed the spa and the pool was great for the family. Restaurant has a good selection of choices and portions are large enough to share. Bikes were also great to take around the spit.

      Place is in need of some maintenance paint is peeling, shingles are falling off the siding. Lawn toys are a great idea but missing pieces and broken. I'd be a bit disappointed if I was going for a couples weekend as the service, cleanliness just aren't to the level of the resort feeling they are trying to have. Seems like there isn't communication when booking through a third party website, requested a crib and dog bowls and even called to clarify prior to showing up but neither were in the room at time of arrival.

      I arrived at the airport at 12:30am. Several shuttles to other hotels were waiting, but there wasn’t one to the SureStay. I couldn’t find a phone # on my receipt. I was exhausted! Someone said it’s too bad, the hotel is just the other side of that parking garage, so I schlepped my bags across 4 lanes of freeway ( fortunately, at that time, there was no traffic) then through the parking garage, across another four lane freeway to the motel. When I told the man at the transportation desk what happened, he said, well, the number is on our business card! Great, I said. I made my reservation online. how am I supposed to get that card? Lovely place, but be sure you get that shuttle number before you leave home!i
