Breakfast was great considering what you normally get at other hotels when there's complimentary breakfast. There is a waffle maker, oatmeal, eggs, sausage patties, bagels, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The stay exceeded expectations. It was close to Zion National Park - 15 min drive, close to river tubing (highly recommend if it's hot out), close to everything we wanted to do and needed. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean and spacious. The pool was amazing with the most fantastic views. Staff are very nice and say hi to you when they pass you. It's a great value hotel to stay at.

We did hear a loud tv at night for most nights (midnight to 6am) but not really the hotel's fault. Definitely a guest that isn't respectful of others.

Very well kept facility and staff was extremely helpful. I also appreciated the shuttle services as I needed to be dropped off at the Hilton Knoxville Airport hotel. The shuttle driver dropped me off at their front entrance.

Honestly, no complaints really. There were issues with the doors not unlocking with the card keys but other than that, everything was good.

The breakfast offered a lot of food items to choose from. I liked the computer access and the free printing option. I like the driver who provided service to the airport - very professional and friendly.

The breakfast was microwaved food that came pre -packaged and not made fresh. The breakfast was just okay. I would have liked fresh eggs as a part of my breakfast. Overall, pretty decent!!

There is no natural light in the rooms, and I would prefer more privacy since the windows are quite close to each other. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, so if you need to work from your room, it can be somewhat noisy due to the constant opening and closing of doors in the hallway.

The racoons living above the kitchen, peeing through the ceiling onto the countertop. The pool was shaded all afternoon. The window air units not properly secured and loud. The fact that window units were even needed. Seems like it would've been better to just have the ac unit fixed and not have to install 3 window units.

My situation was dire due to not having a place to stay for a period of time and being homeless was very stressful. I am very appreciative that your company was able to give me a week of rest. The room was comfortable and enough for me during the time I occupied the room.

My biggest dissatisfaction with the location was due to the other residents/guest who did not pick up after pets. . Pet feces were so bad and smelled bad. No breakfast as advertised, workout room was not usable due to renovations.
