  The MOTEL Manager was kind enough to allow us to check-in to our room 1 hour prior to the 3 p.m. regular check-in time at no additional charge. Overall, the room we booked was less expensive than the prices of other comparable motels & rooms in the same vicinity.

  There was no ice machine and the Vizio wall TVs cable was not working properly because we had a difficult time logging onto their network. Our biggest pet peeve was that there was no phone in our room to reach the motels office for assistance.

  The bathroom leaked we changed into another room it still leaked I have been charged for 4 rooms and I am still waiting for a response to get a refund I spoke to “ Kay “ from the facility and she reassured me that she spoke to her manager and we would not be charged for 2 additional rooms when we had a booking. Com reservation she stated she couldn't find it and charged me regular hotel pricing and assured me I wouldn't be charged twice which I have been and I am waiting for a response and refund
