The location was excellent. Dorothy, the lady behind the counter, was very welcoming. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and rightly appointed. The bed was very comfy.

Breakfast. The items served and the presentation can be improved. The meats were not labeled, so if you don't eat pork, it'll be a problem picking it out. Can we also have some offerings devoid or low in sugar?

Best thing was the location of the Galaxy to downtown. It was easy 2 block walk away.

Room was not properly cleaned and had to ask front desk person for several days to have someone clean it. They don't clean or replace towels or remove garbage unless you ask. I was told I could move out if I wanted to. It was like they didn't care if I stayed or left. Asked to speak with the manager but no one was ever around. No real amenities. They were doing construction on a bar just above my room and they were drilling and hammering. Then, when someone was in the bar area you could hear every chair being dragged on the tile floor. I was on the 11th floor (bar on 12th). Don't stay below the bar!

I have stayed here several times, and it’s always been great (although way overpriced compared to comps). However, this time, my room stunk so incredibly bad, it nearly made me sick. I believe whomever was there before, cleaned their fish and it was terrible. I checked in late, and because there’s no staff after certain hours, you simply use a gate code, I tried to contact the staff via email/text but got no reply, I woke up in the middle of the night gagging it was so bad. I searched the room thinking there was something “hiding”. I also left the window open all night and it didn’t help. Don’t get me wrong, the place is nice, but that room should NEVER have been rented until it was fumigated.

This has to be the dirtiest place I've stayed at. There were visible human hairs from the last guest(s), visible coffee cup rings, the dishwasher had bits of food. Absolutely disgraceful. I had to take time to clean all the surfaces. It's really a shame that you get a decent place for $150 anymore.

Studio Suit’s bedroom access is via a small spiral staircase, very dangerous middle of the night if you need to go down and use the bathroom.
