      The location was excellent - across the street to Vanderbilt and easy access to downtown.

      Our stay did not start off well as our door code did not work. We did the online food order offered by Mint and it never appeared even after repeated contacts with Mint staff. The parking is a real pain as you have to go to your room to get a FOB to open the garage door. Our room faced the road and was very close to the hospital so it was loud - they did provide earplugs and a mask which was helpful. The furniture, overall facility could be updated and the hallway carpets need to be replaced immediately.

      Bed was uncomfortable with a lump in the middle. They also want to charge you for many things like late check in or for Key card if you don’t turn it back in.

      Needs general updating; light fixtures, some paint would help, wall repair, especially work in the bathroom, maybe some better bedding (a comfy blanket). Would be nice to have a welcoming feeling.

      Room was definitely over priced. Bathroom shower is small. Tiny pool for such a big hotel. Can't swim in it. Just for sitting and listening to the on site dj. Nothing fancy. Rather bland for the money.
