We were very disappointed that the breakfast did not have a meat to go with it. The syrup container did not release the syrup. Also the omelet served was terrible, tasted like powdered eggs and the cheese tasted like plastic. We have never not had sausage or bacon with our breakfast at a Quality Inn until now. The fan in the bathroom is ridiculously loud.

We didn't get our room until 730 pm. when we were told it would be ready at 1 pm. We weren't given our room, but some extra room by the entrance that smelled like a bathroom, and we could hear people coming and going all night into early morning. Night staff said they were giving us a $35 credit (which was minimal considering the room we were given), and the morning crew was very rude about it when I asked for an invoice. I was so disappointed in our stay, which broke my heart because my daughter and I were so excited about the stay. I booked the room a month prior to our stay and was in contact with the property to make sure the booking was all set and everything was good to go which I was promised it was. When I went to check in first I was told there was someone still in my room and then I was told it wasn't cleaned yet and was told to come back at 7:30 and it would be ready. I had the email stating that our room would be ready at 1:00. So we were going to check in and then spend the afternoon moving my daughter into her dorm room and then come back to sit and relax and use the pool and sit on the patio for dinner. And none of that happened.

This was our first time visiting Venice, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The room itself wasn’t overly fancy, but it was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The location was truly perfect—just minutes from Venice Beach and downtown, which made it easy for us to bike around and explore. We spent our days relaxing on the beach and wandering through downtown, and our kids absolutely loved the playground right across the street. One day we even biked over to Caspersen Beach, which was a little further out but such a great ride. What really surprised us was how thoughtfully stocked the Airbnb was—it had everything you’d want for a beach vacation, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. All in all, it was one of the best stays we’ve had, and we would absolutely return!

Couch and rolling chair are extremely dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced. The room phone was busted... had missing buttons and wasn't working. Next door guests were very loud throughout the entire first night of my stay. Didn't get any sleep. Couldn't report them to the front desk staff because of the phone situation. Air quality in room made it very uncomfortable throughout the night. Air never got cold....just barely below warm. Need to remodel or replace bathtub too

My reservation got cancelled. I received an email about it, no one called me. So when I called the original property that I booked with they said that they over booked and had to move me. I had no idea and was not notified. When I got to the other location in Allen they wanted me to pay for another room. Again the guy was super helpful but I had my family with me and it made checking in a very long process and inconvenient. I was really disappointed. Also the tv was not working properly and we couldn’t get anyone to help us with that.
