  It's a great little spot, nice staff, good amenities, good location walkable to aquarium and seaside beach and downtown (with young children). Great family room layout & size.

  The hotel is new, so everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Exactly what I look for in a hotel. Linens were comfortable and clean, and towels were clean. It was very nice.

  I could briefly hear the people walking above me, but it wasn't the biggest deal ever. For the most part, it was very quiet.

  Majority of service staff were great; they were friendly, attentive, responsive and welcoming. The restaurant, food, and restaurant staff were amazing.

  The bathroom inside the room had many small spiders, in which the service staff and myself had to clear away the spider webs and spiders daily. I opted to remain in the same room throughout my stay because of the location of the room and many bus groups were also staying at the same location. I was informed, as I checked out, that based on the location of the room, being on the river side, and the time of year, it was not a surprise for the insects to be in the bathroom.

  room was good but for afirmentioned problems. one of better prices in area espcialty with a dog. other places where padding the bill do to fair

  no vending on 2nd floor , stairwell door didnt closes or lock so security was an issue, no real curtains(just fake 1/4 curtain none moveable) just light drape and it had halogen light outside shinning in all night. ottoman had tear in it. vendingempty and expensive , dog rooms should be on ground floor.
