  The staff were very sweet and nice. One person I would like to commend was a member of the staff managing the breakfast service. She was really nice and it was a pleasure interacting with her.

  Room had a musty smell as though it had been unused for a while or had something spill inside the room or just outside in the corridor. On letting the staff know about it, we were told that a change of room wasn't possible. They sprayed the room with some room deodorizer, which didn't really help much. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

  They could accommodate all the rooms we needed

  The front desk was rude and acted like we were disturbing him while he was on the cough eating and watching tv in the lobby with his feet up. Also we were given a dirty room. The next day we were in our room and someone walked in because they rented it out to someone else. They took our towels and did not replace them. So we had to annoy the guy at the front desk and ask for some. But this night he was busy with his boyfriend who was drinking out of a liquor bottle on the patio. So not very inviting. Also there were German cockroaches. Housekeepers were were talking from one end of the hallway to the other. Extremely loud.
