    - “Great location! The proprietors Olav and Brigitte were fantastic hosts. We rode our bikes on a terribly rainy day, and they assisted us with our baggage and even cleaning the bikes off too. The room was excellent - first class linens, and great bathroom products. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic too - we enjoyed a nice sampling of yogurts, meats and cheeses. We even got to sample several of the cheeses that Brigitte sells in her store. Arcen is a quaint beautiful little town, and La Dominette is right in the center. Wonderful restaurants are within a 50 meter or less walk. This is an outstanding B & B - one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in!!”

      We’ve stayed here several times before an early morning flight the next day. It’s clean, quiet, convenient and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is actually quite good for a property at a major airport. The 24/7 shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes and takes between 5 and 7 minutes to get you to your terminal, and about 10 minutes to get to the rental car facility. It’s a Hyatt Regency, so what’s not to like? We’ve gotten to know some of the staff over the years we’ve been staying here and they remember us (shout out to Vinnie at the Harborside Grill!)

      Smell in the room, it must have been a pet room. The rooms need updated, the bathroom door in room 105 looked like it had been destroyed by a dog. Tub had rust.

      The are an airport hotel without a functional shuttle to the airport. The primary value of an airport hotel is airport access, and I selected this hotel because I had an early flight. Their airport shuttle doesn’t go all the way to the airport! Even the desk against suggested I get an Uber. I did get an Uber, and we were trapped for ten minutes because the lock has a lift gate that would not open despite several calls. I finally had to walk back to the hotel and get someone to do it manually.

      Room not clean.. list of issues left with key at unattended desk when leaving, eg, food bits on dirty carpet, dust on most surfaces, microwave inside had dried food bits inside. Breakfast disorganized in lobby, eg. Coffee dispenser here, cups over there..
