I checked in in the facility. The room is got was room 129. The furniture was terrible falling apart. The room had an odor. The A/C didn't cool plus the TV doesn't work. I was then offered a different room. # 117 that has the smell of cigarettes odor. That one the A/C was blowing warm air. And extremely loud. It shuts down momentarily and you'll have to wait for 2 minutes to restart it. This shouldn't be an experience anyone show have at any hotel stay . The young lady that works there for the morning shift needs customer service training. She was very uncooperative towards me . My car was being towed from the facility because the parking permit was not displayed properly on the dashboard. It then cost me $425 to get my vehicle from the impound. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place . The building is constantly under what's supposed to be construction repairs and nothing is been done to upgrade this place.

Continental breakfast is also advertised on the website. There was none. The front desk clerk was abruptly rude to everyone that was of color. She's Hispanic. A terrible experience from when I checked in the night. That clerk was a better person

We liked being by the Beach but we requested a BOTTOM floor as we had a 92 yr old with a walker. We were put on the TOP Floor. We loved the Beach but I got stung by a Large Jellyfish (no one's fault of course)!!! The best part of this Trip was the Parasailing!!! SUPER FUN NO COMPLAINTS!!!

We thought the Hotel would have a Hot Tub because there was one in pics but when we arrived, they said it no longer worked and it was being used as a Kiddie Pool. We were hoping there was a continental breakfast but NOPE to that as well. But the worst was we requested a room for 5 Adults and we got a bed and a pull out sofa. No where for a 92 yr old to sleep. He had to sleep on the cot that was brought up because it was not big enough for my husband and I to sleep on. We (Myself & 92 yr old Father N Law) got Covid while there and had to leave a day early (Missing my Birthday Dinner Reservations). The couch bed was so bad that I am still hurting from it and my son finally after a couple of days made a bed on the floor outta couch cushions.

The online check in was very confusing. The fridge did not seal properly and the dishwasher did not work. The guest bathroom light flickered, and the entire unit needed some maintenance.

The rooms were dungy with an odor that wasn't tolerable. I don't think the spreads have been washed in ages. I got there before everyone else. We had booked two rooms as this was a two-family stay. Once I realized how unpleasant the rooms were, I made reservations elsewhere and left the hotel for another location. I didn't ask for a refund. When I turned the keys back in and informed the front desk how bad the rooms were. She apologized for that but didn't offer a refund either. I was curious what would happen, and the charge wasn't removed.

Staff are rude- not knowledgeable. Confusion about policies when booking with a third party app. Got so many answers and none are accurate and the charges on credit card are all over the place!
