      Jelissa was friendly, helpful, and courteous. she made our stay more pleasant.

      We found it difficult to access the property. On arrival there were only two forks and two knives available in the kitchen. The toaster did not work. There were no paper towels or toilet paper. There was no unflavored creamer for the coffee and no sleeves for the cups. It took a while to get these items. The water was cold in the pool.

      Loud guests right outside window for hours. Notified desk. Said quiet time wasn't until 10pm. It was 8:30pm. Long day of travel trying to sleep and unable for too long. Pet fee exorbitant $75. When confronted - employees just say "I'm sorry". Not helpful. Will not stay ever again.
