  Breakfast was good but the service was super slow - many people complaining for breakfast and the manager didn't seem to care but said the waiter will be right with you. Other than that the food was great.

  Ice machines broke on several floors - not working on Floors 5, 6, or 3...difficult to travel around to different floors to see where the ice was. Staff in the lobby were not helpful and were not aware of the ice machine issue. Also Elevators were terrible this time - wouldn't take you to the right floors. Several of us were on an elevator, used our room keys yet the Elevator had a mind of it's own and would not land on the right floors selected. Had to get out and take the stairs .

  Location was great for concert at the Wharf and close to get down to beach without being on the water.

  It is an older hotel. Room smelt like mildew, stains on carpets in hallway, and the room. When giving the key to me and my daughter, the guy at the front desk said our room number out loud.

  Much smaller room than expected. Not having a cot available. Most of all, it says bar stays open til 1:30 am...at 11pm when we came back to room, it was like pulling teeth to order a cocktail and enjoy the hotel with a friend....they only could make a couple drinks. In addition, in the morning when you need to rebound...you can't order a cocktail. Most disappointing when you have a bar and a person to serve and don't utilize the opportunity of making money for the company
