The property is right across the beach and like most of the other hotels in the area, provides beach umbrellas and chairs. They also provided meal vouches which provided discounts off a meal.

The property has character but is run-down. There was trash on the grass for days and dirty cups around the bar area with trash not emptied daily. There were 2 back to back fire alarms that went off early in the morning with no explanation from the staff, as if it happens quite frequently. The swimming pool is shared with another hotel and the gentleman standing guard is not kid-friendly. We felt like we were being eyed the entire first day at the pool with him constantly calling out rules (no splashing, no jumping, no playing with toys) for the young children to follow. He was simply there to accommodate the needs of older guests only. We did not use the pool again after that. The WiFi did not work at all in our room so we had to bring our laptops downstairs to work in the lobby. We will not be returning to this hotel.

It was further from the strip then advertised/not a strip view. Staff all seemed irritated but always helped anyway! Also there was a 300 deposit also not disclosed until check in.

This place was chaotic to begin with. It went by three different names and was very hard to find. Upon arrival, we checked in with a very rude receptionist, there were actually two of them at the time. After checking in which took approximately forty-five minutes, we continued to the room. Upon entering the room we notice a very dingy smell. We noticed that there were no towels, washcloths, or mats included with the room (we were told there would be an extra fee for of them). We looked around the room and found that there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet. Cockroaches were crawling on the wall. There was human feces in the sheets. There was hair on the sink, in the bathtub, on the toilet, in the sheets, and on the pillow. There was food in the drawers and on the floor. There was food in the air conditioning/heater that looked like it had been there for quite a while. We opened the refrigerator and it looked like it had not been cleaned since it was bought. Upon all of our discoveries, we went to the receptionist who checked us in, and he was very rude to us. We were not even there thirty minutes and had to check out, but we're still fully charged for our complete stay. Upon trying to contact the property to seek reimbursement for our stay, they continued to ignore us and never returned a phone call. We had booked this room through booking.com and the property would not even respond to them. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy and beg you not to stay here!!! I've taken over fifty pictures, but this site only allows me to post four...

The company is a fraud! They charged me once on July 3rd for full amount (before the stay) and then seven (!) more times on July 21st! It’s a fraud for amount of almost $4,000! I filed the fraud claim with my bank and they paid back only 4 transactions out of 7, KASA presented multiple false receipts with a charge for the same single 2-night stay to proof they are right. KASA give me my money back!
