Great location, clean, breakfast was warm and of different variety everyday. Coffee was always readily available during the day. Pool was clean and the basketball court was a great perk. My kids, husband, and I stayed for over a week and thanks to the full kitchen, we did not have to eat out everyday. Whole foods and Trader Joe's are close by. It was quiet at night as well. Staff was kind and always helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

The owner is very friendly. The property looks good and is in a very convenient location. There are grocery outlets and restaurants nearby. Parking is available on the property. The exterior of the property is well-maintained and it is clean. The room was spacious with a lot of storage space.

Very dated. Everything is old and looks its age - the room and amenities badly need renovation. The microwave turntable did not rotate well. Very small refrigerator. No coffee machine (though the room claimed to have one). There was a lot of storage space - but the cabinets are very old and nearly breaking off the hinges. Only one trash bin in the bathroom - the room had none. Only one chair in a room that can accommodate 4 people.

So cute! Not a cookie cutter place! Fire table outside, pool area very fun and hot tub nice and hot! Check in gal super friendly as was the woman in the morning! Beds super comfortable and rooms clean. A ton of places to eat all within walking distance.

I had 2 reservations... front desk lost 1of my reservation. Elevator was having problems. Did get stuck in the elevator briefly. It was chilly the bedroom didn't have adequate blankets for a mountain hotel. No extra blankets.

The place was not clean and had a bad smell. There were not enough clean towels and everything looked dirty and cheap. We found out the garage key was broken and we had to fight so hard to get a new key. The elevator didn't work that added more stress.

Upon booking the room, I had requested to be able to check in early ( around 12 noon) when I got to the place, the receptionist told me that it was "too early" & they wouldn't be able to put me in until 2pm, the earliest. Which was very inconvenient. Their hotel policy stated that check out is until 11am and somehow they didn't have any rooms ready for me around noon? The receptionist wasn't very accommodating at all. He didn't check with the staff or anyone for that matter to see if there might be a room ready or if they could at least get a room ready for me as quickly as possible, I didn't mind waiting 30 mnts so they could clean, etc. I only needed a place to get ready at before meeting friends for lunch. The guy at the receptions said "like I said, you're way too early & the earliest I could put you in is maybe 2pm." And just like that ended the conversation. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Especially since I had already fully paid the room. I've always stayed at this place whenever I would visit but after this experience I'm not so sure anymore. It was horrible.

Mold in bathroom, bedbugs in pillow cases, horrible odor throughout the building. Burn marks in carpeting and on bedding. Random hairs in the beds. I have photos of all of these items. The man at the front desk denied the claims even after looking at the pictures. I asked for a call from the manager (Manny), never got a call. Luckily I was able to secure lodging at another hotel.
