      Comfortable bed, the pool was very good too. Easy and accessible location with monorail station within the hotel

      The air conditioner within the hotel was extremely cold, there were very few options for breakfast and lunch. The rooms need at least one window and never trust the 90 minute tour offered at the lobby - it as a 300 minute time sharing selling pitch

      good coffee available early. fair room at fair price, was clean. good travel motel.

      the town itself is in dire straits. the motel tried hard to feel safe in a city and state that is apparently full of poor people unfortunately. beggars all over the streets of Charleston. The West Virginia social safety net seems to have disappeared. People are stuggling.
