      The smoke in the registration and lobby area was extremely overwhelming—much stronger than expected. In addition, there was no mini fridge in the room, and the pillows were uncomfortably firm.

      Water pressure terrible, toilet hardly flushes. Had what looked like a plant or beans growing in the drain of bathroom sink. The wifi didn't actually work. TV was very slow and glitchy. Floors and walls clean but not clean enough.
