      Being your own pillows. All four bed pillows were hard & filling was lumpy. Could not snash down bumps. Very uncomfortable. I told the desk clerk, but didn't seam to care.

      I had to check out 3 rooms because of the quality of the room that was assigned. It was my dad’s 50th birthday and it was horrible because of the hotel I stayed at. No room was suitable but it was a non refundable reservation so there was no choice but for us to have to stay at this run down establishment. Absolutely unacceptable how the condition of the hotel is. The pictures online do not match the actual hotel.
