Facility was very clean, rooms and bed were spotless, had an ice cold refridgerator and small freezer that kept our drinks and fresh fruit cold. Swimming pool was beautiful and kept sparkling clean. The hosts Sarah and George were charming and very informative and the check in and check out was a breeze. Highly reccomended, great value and will stay at this motel again.

Very nasty and I thought I was booking the Inn at Apple Valley. Never realized there was this place with a name close to the other hotel.

Their name does not need to be the same as the other hotel. No comparison. The Inn at Apple Valley is extremely nice, but the Apple Valley Inn is horrible.

I was under the impression that our suite room would have separate bedrooms (likely my error) and since we were staying with my wife's parents it was less than ideal that both beds were next to each other.

Rooms are very old the hair blower has pet hair and dust. Our room never got cleaned during our stay neither did we get towels we had to call and ask for some and were asked to go get them ourselves which is ridiculous. Amenities says breakfast but that’s false advertising all it is some strong coffee and nasty muffins nothing more! Hot tub and pool were disgusting and dirty!
