      The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Everyone was wonderful from checkin to the pool to the casino. The housekeeping staff was so nice! The room was really clean. The elevators are fast, we never waited long for one. Parking is ample and we were always able to get close to the door. Beautiful view of the Gulf. The music is upbeat and while that's not our thing, this would be an excellent place to go party for the weekend. The casino is fun and apparently there's a dance club on Saturday nights-a guy in the elevator told us about it. There was a DJ/ party at the pool on Sunday.

      The whole property was way too smoky. I had to wash all my clothes when I got home, not just the ones I wore. The room was worn out. The beds weren't comfortable. The door to the cupboard that the fridge was in was falling off. The weird, shower-like door to the bath/toilet area hung on a really noisy track. Very little bathroom privacy. I'd never go here with anyone but my spouse because of the lack of privacy. On Sunday I think they open the pool to anyone who wants to pay to get in, not just guests. It was so packed we didn't go in. It is supposed to open at 8 am but at 8:25 on Tuesday there were no towels. Doors to the parking garage didn't open automatically- really inconvenient for luggage.

      I loved the the price because for the room that we got anywhere else it would have been double what we paid. Plus it was right next door to this great Korean place! And the pool although small was great too!

      Our only complaint was that the floors in our room were very dirty they felt as if they had never been swept and someone brought sand it was pretty bad.

      The hotel was very clean and convenient. But you gave us a room for the disabled!

      This year, the hotel where I normally stay rates was a tad higher than what I budget for, so I chose Best Western Plus this year. Because I got a rate I was comfortable with, this hotel gave us a room for the disabled! Mine you, neither me or my husband are not disabled. I called management and was told the reason I was given this room. In all the years, I've used Booking.Com, this has never happened. BWP refused to give us another room. The room was comfortable and all, but all I could do was hope and pray a wheelchair bound family wouldn't show and need a room. So, for that reason, I will not book at BWP again. Do better BWP. Please keep those rooms reserved for our disabled, disabled Vets and elderly. Also, when I first booked the room, it did not show as a handicapped accessible room.

      Customer service at front desk very rude and disorganized. Have to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. Balcony with no view and mosquitos all over not be able to sit on the balcony. Ice maker not working at our suite. Have to drive several buildings to get ice.
