- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  I got bit terribly here it took 2 weeks to get a response and a apology and only 25 dollars refund after I stayed for 2 days I still have a permanent mark from an infected bit .

  No hot water on Saturday morning when we tried to shower for the long day at PearlPalooza. Even though we told the attendant we were going to leave very early on Sunday morning, we were blocked in and had to wait for an attendant to come in to work before we could leave. There were also children running around on the floor in the room above in the middle of the night.

  The ptac (hvac) needs deep cleaning it smells of mildew and mold. The shower head was old and no additional settings could be set due to lime/scale build-up , bathtub was dirty and stained, carpet needs deep cleaning as well. The location was covienently by two restaurants and Walmart, but many homeless men/women, night walkers wandering the parking lot, unsafe to go in and out of room once sunset. No security patrolling area or vehicles. Had one of our nights I was woken by loud music and people talking, a man stood by my truck for about 20 mins, called front office between 1:30a-2a but no answer, phone just rand and rang. We were two women, 1 disabled child plus 1 a two year old, not risking to address anyone at that time.
