The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

      All the staff members were very friendly. We loved that happy hour and dinner were included. Such a nice benefit for weary travelers. We scheduled our free airport shuttle and our driver was friendly and cheerful and helpful at 3:30 in the morning! We're recommending the Drury Airport Hotel.

      The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked great and was easy to set at desired setting, refrigerator was larger than expected and was a plus, TV was large and was great for watching the football games.

      The breakfast was about as good as they could do for the small amount of space they have for the breakfast area, basically it was cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, little fruit and yogurt, boiled eggs

      The breakfast and social hour food was awesome, as well as the view of the historic St. Augustine. Everything was within walking distance and the staff were absolutely wonderful.

      I do wished they had a hot tub/jacuzzi on-site. They only had a very small pool, which looked like a jacuzzi, but in fact was a very very small pool. I'm not against small pools, but if there are kids playing in it there's no where for you to go. We just went to the beach instead.
