  This is an excellent and cozy setup. We loved everything esp having little kids. The one thing that prevented me from rating 10 or perfect on all things was that cleaning service did not stop to clean our room. We had been out all morning and came back to no service yet, so we communicated with front desk staff we would be in for kids nap then out rest of day again, to which they said no problem as service will be available until 4pm. We left at 2pm and stopped at front desk confirming we left the room and still wanted service and had the sign on the door as well. Again, assured we were set. Imagine our surprise despite this communication that we get back to our room at 8pm and it was never done. There was just a shrug of shoulders when we came to front desk stating our dissapointment. Aside from this I would hands down stay again and recommend to anyone.

  The breakfast is very good and has lot of options to choose from .You have 3 types of cereals for the kids ,waffles ,bread toast ,eggs and cheese. The location is very good ,opposite to it is -Superior Groceries ,where you can get all grocery needs. This is just 12 mins drive to Universal Studios Hollywood ,which was convenient to go and come back in night.

  The property is really pretty and serene. We went on a weekend that we anticipated would be quiet due to the schedule, and it was very relaxing. We would like to come back when facilities are more open next time!

  The mattress in our cottage was a normal spring mattress which, since it started storming 20 minutes after we checked in, became a rough place to hang out while rained in (on our backs specifically!) A good topper or slightly softer mattress would have made this an 11/10 stay, even with the rain!

  The floors and tub were not properly cleaned the tv kept messing up i walked a little bit and could feel stuff on the floor and my feet were pretty dirty. The bed frame and mattress sunk in the middle and was kind of uncomfortable i had to sleep on the other end. Plug wouldnt stay in the outlet had to wrap my cord around lamp that parts kept falling off
