The location was great. My husband travels to Vegas for work several times per year, and he usually stays at the linq so we were aware of the location being ideal for us. The casino was also nice, and the options for late night quick food, including the pizza vending machine was a plus.

The check in was stressful. We didn’t get the room we asked for. We were charged for early check in which is typically something complimentary. We are frequent holiday inn members, being diamond elite status, and use to those type accommodations which seem small but go so far when choosing a destination and hotel brand to work with. The rooms were bare minimum, not mini fridge for our drinks, no microwave. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were too large and just thrown on so while sleeping the sheets were touching the ground and it was weird. You also couldn’t call down to the front desk, you get a call center and they have no idea what’s going on. We checked in on the kiosk because didn’t see the human check in and the room wasn’t what we requested, the music from the pool side was miserable. I had to walk downstairs for a simple towel request in the morning and I was informed I had to wait for them to be delivered. I was in a hurry as I needed to travel out this morning. They said it would be 5-10 minutes. We ended up having to search for housekeeping and request towels. We shower at night and the morning so giving more than 2 towels initially would have prevented this. We didn’t get towels delivered until almost an hour later. Thankfully my husband had found housekeeping bc I was standing in the shower like an idiot waiting with no towel. Just a very inconvenient experience. The room was clean so that was a bonus, especially considering how dirty Vegas is and the housekeeping working the floor was very personable,professional, helpful and kind.
