      The lady in charge was RUDE. We went out came back and our snacks had been eaten by rats. Reported it and she yelled at me over the phone. I asked for my money back no response. I even sent her a picture and nothing. Contacted Booking got AI customer service left messages still no response. I would like my money back didnt even stay 1 night literally dropped off my stuff went to a concert and came back to that. Now im out money had to try and find a place at midnight. Very disappointed in both Booking and the property.

      The bed was comfortable. Clean I didn’t feel dirty the room was still new feeling. The room smelled fresh not musky like other hotels. The bathroom was clean, the staff was nice. The price was a value for the length we had to stay.
