  Very nice staff - phone desk , reception, check in house keeping, food service, janitors, everyone on property smiled and made you feel welcome. Great smelling soap shampoo and conditioner in shower. Refrigerator and freezer worked - good coffee at breakfast and real cheerios that were a gluten-free with a milk jug in the initial fridge celiac safe breakfast option for my kids . Decent pool and lounge chairs but no towels-

  Rooms are worn and dated , huge clump hair left in drain of tub i had to clean out to use . - bathroom floor around behind toilet lots of black hairs left behind. Bug stuffed chair was filthy and moved in dirt, lots of gross stains and lots of glitter . Walls have bug chips . Bathroom floor and walls all messed up beat and chipped. No extra sheets or bedding in a bag ( in closet) often in most hotel rooms would have been good to ise to cover chair so it could be used . Man with a semi truck cab parking his rig at 5innthe morning 2 feet from my windows with back up alarm going off sounded like the fire alarm . Scared the heck out of me and woke me from a dead sleep. That guy could have parked that rig by the back trash cans not in the general parking like a car because he comes in and wakes up the whole hotel with his back up horns going off. -

  The AC is broken, the people in the room next to us was smoking and the smell came through the vents, they never cleaned our room in the three nights were there, it took forever to even get clean towels, each day, the key cards demagnetized, overall horrible experience
