The location was perfect. Just the right distance away from the busy roads, and close enough to where we needed to go. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable common rooms for our small group to feel at home. The private parking was an added bonus.

The location of this property was absolutely beautiful — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the pool and beach area. That part really made the stay special. However, the facility itself was very dated. The furniture, bathrooms, appliances, and overall décor could really use some updates and modern touches. The kitchen was especially challenging — it was very small with only a two-burner stove, and one of the burners wasn’t level, making it unusable. The counter space was also very limited, and there wasn’t a proper spot for a dish strainer, which made it difficult to wash and dry dishes. During our stay, I was also disappointed that the housekeeping staff entered our room even though I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which felt like an invasion of privacy. Another frustration was with customer service. We paid about $1,400 for three nights, and while the weather wasn’t great for the first two days, the last day was beautiful. Even though we were allowed to stay on the property after checkout, we were told we couldn’t use the beach chairs because we had checked out at 11. I felt this policy was not very guest-friendly, especially for paying customers who had just completed their stay. Overall, the location was wonderful, but the experience was just mediocre due to the dated facilities, privacy concern, and lack of accommodating service.

Unfortunately, on the second day we noticed that there were roaches granted, they took care of it and offered a different room but since they came to clean and disinfect we assumed that it would be taken care of. The next day they came back.

Breakfast was okay, they have a great selection of oatmeal toppings. Other than that there was only toast and some fresh fruit it was just less than I expected. Still great value! It had a fun and quirky vibe, would recommend to friends. The round of drinks on the house is a great way to start off vacation.
