The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

      A really nice place, well kept and comfortable rooms. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Good location and a great value, I can't believe this was one of the cheapest options in Pinedale. Doesn't feel "budget" at all, would 100% stay again!

      Well appointed. Staff were responsive and helpful. I liked being able to text with concierge/front desk. Loved the pool and hot tub. Playground was a bit hit with the grandkids. There were a lot of amenities that we didn't have time to use.

      Villa was a bit run down. A lot of cobwebs at the entrance. We were told that villas were next to each other but there was another villa between ours and the residents in the other villa played loud music until 1:30-2:00am.

      The fact that we got a free airport shuttle. Plus, the staff were pleasant enough but knew very little about the surrounding area or options to get to New York city.

      We booked this hotel because of its association with the Hilton brand, unfortunately, we were completely disappointed! The hotel is filthy, the amount of dust gathered in the air filters in the bathroom and living area is unbelievable. The carpets were dirty and torn, there was tissue paper and other types of litter on the corridors. The phone in the hotel room was filthy and did not work, we had to use our personal mobile phones to get hold of the reception. There is only one restaurant in the premise and nothing close by to get food or water. The bar wine selection was terrible and yes, I tried all three wines! Having said that the bartender and waitress were pleasant.

      We were able to walk to grocery /food places and felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Floors were clean. Remodeling/ upgrades had been done.

      The provided toiletries were cheap soap and hair products that we didn't like. The water view was minimal..we were in 2nd floor facing it but still minimal.
