The location was great for being right by the airport. Though we didn't need it, having the shuttle was a great option. The view overlooking the pond was also very nice and the breakfast was decent. The staff was also very friendly!

The breakfast time was a little limited for seating since there were just so many guests, but usually if you waited for a little bit a spot would open up. The only other thing was that the hotel has a little bit of a weird smell.

It was centrally located where I needed to stay. And restaurants were nearby.

It was not clean. The bathroom was very dirty needed a good scrubbing dirt caked into the tile grout. The toilet had a horrible ring in it. A bleach tablet would greatly help. The final straw was that our truck was vandalized and broke into in the “ secure” parking lot.. The staff did not seem to be interested when we reported this to them at the front desk did not come out to check the area and did not even offer to contact the police. After the incident and a police report was made. I suggested they might want to sweep up all the glass in the parking lot to prevent injury to others. They seemed indifferent and didn’t seem to care if they cleaned it up or not.

Dead Roach on windowsill, clogged bathtub ,breakfast cereal, nothing healthy and overall expensive given the issues. They said they would service room and did not. No bags for ice either.

Everything the bed they said they had a brand new air-conditioning and it looked like somebody beat it up. The breakfast was horrible. Didn’t have enough coffee cups. Swimming pool was green. Barbecue was horrible looking rusted and filthy toilet was so low. It was a nightmare. We couldn’t wait to get anything. Oh and I got bit by something. I don’t know if it was please or what and then I woke up with little tiny dog hair cat hair on my outfit sheets were wrinkled
