Location near campus was nice, still far from Will Vill, which is where we needed to be, but was clean, comfortable, and great water pressure. Female staff member at check-in was lovely. Male staff member at check out was not as lovely.

Nothing objectionable. It’s an older motel in a college town. It is what it is. I found the value of all places in Boulder to be disappointing, especially after paying for OOS tuition and airfare or fuel for a 16 hour drive. Price gauging at its best.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. The staff was also super nice. If you are traveling with dogs, there's a lot of space for them to do their business. Overall, a great place to stay in the area.

I made the reservation online with Booking.com - received a confirmation - then showed up at the hotel and they told me my reservation didn't go through - they charged me an additional $290.00 - then told me they would fix it before I checked out - checked out the next day - told to send email - then ended up having to call - manager didn't speak with me - credited my card the Booking.com rate - then had to fight to get their rate credited.
