      I left my favorite jeans in the drawer so I called to get them and Kathy was not as helpful as she could have been... I told her I would stop by in 2 days for them and when I got there no one was around to help so I manager to get the maid to go to the room and there they were!! Was disappointed in lack of help😒

      Room smelled of mold, mold noted on curtains, room was filthy, stained furniture, bedspread was dirty, headboard had some squirt drips running down it. Cracked shower wall. Hairs found on the lampshade. Another lamp shade was broken. Could not get the air conditioning to work right. Towels were a joke, thin, scratchy and very small. I took pictures of this
