      Close by beach access, beach view was beautiful, close by stores pier, park, and restaurants. Liked the distance where stuff was. Front desk at late checkin were friendly, towel girl was nice and informative, loved live music and having balloon lady there for kids.

      The pool water was cold, the same buffet everyday was ok but would have loved it if they serve some French toast sticks or biscuits on different days( I know they had menus to order but didnt want to wait any longer than I had to), they didn't have enough muffins stocked up, buffet mixed fruit was gone in a matter of seconds never saw them add more ,I could hear the ice vending machine being used around 6am and it woke me up, parking was hard to find in the evening. I saw couple of people parking under the garage by the pool around 4pm since theres a gate that's quite not secured, and not sure if they were staying at the hotel or random people showing up because there's no security on watch or a type of way to check if they were staying there. It says smoke free hotel but its not. Some people above us were smoking out on the balcony couldnt enjoy sitting out on my balcony since im asthmatic.

      The only decent thing about this hotel was the location relevant to NRG Stadium.

      The room was infested with cockroaches therefore uninhabitable. We had to drive 6 hours home overnight after we no longer had a place to stay. The absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. I have a video with more than 10 roaches in it inside of our room. The toilet did not flush properly, the room smelled of mildew, and the staff were extremely rude. I called the next day to get a refund and was told they inspected the room and saw no roaches so they would not be giving us a refund. I explained that I had a video and they would not allow me to send it to them. I am absolutely appalled by this hotel and it should be removed from this website.
