- “The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

  Everything as usual here. Price is perfect, totally a step up from those elsewhere in town, besides like 5 star $200-$400 a night. Clean, great beds, clean & soft linens/towels, widescreen TV with decent selection ( you can even hook up your tablet or phone if you have an HDMI cord that will go from your phone to the back of the TV!). Great breakfast options, eggs, oatmeal, waffle maker, biscuits & gravy, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins and miscellaneous small pastries. Get there early to eat tho! Staff is exceptional, everytime! Daniel and Ashley rock!

  My room was perfect & I slept great. The staff was awesome. Branch and the girls who work there are amazing. Warm, helpful, and professional. I was in town for a fashion market & loved being able to sip coffee in the morning at Branch while I prepped for the day, and then have a glass of bubbles (or two) when I got home to work/debrief in the evening. Game changer! Also loved being across from Bryant Park. I won't stay anywhere else next time I'm in NY!

  - Staff: exceptionally supportive and ready to help and go the extra mile without being too "sticky" - Location: smack a dab next to everything and also the beach at a stone's throw. Only better could be on the beach directly, but those tend to be resorts, not hotels. - Value: Price was very reasonable considering location and amenities.

  - Pool was undergoing maintenance which restricted part of the area - I think - there was only one ice machine (lobby's floor) ? - Hard to find a third - valet could have been complimentary :B

  The hotel was in the middle of everything . It’s in the best location ! Walmart only 10 mins away, multi eatery places ( fast food , restaurant etc) attractions on the strip of hotel . Only thing that I was not happy about was , the laundry machine which is monitored by a 3rd party not by the hotel

  I brought $20 worth of tokens and still had an enormous amount to use and cold not return them - so I took a loss and just gave them to the manager , can’t use them back at home so I loss out on that - other than that it wa amazing

  Bed was pretty comfortable. Good water pressure. Plenty of storage space. Pretty close to everything we needed.

  Air conditioner didn't cool down the room very well. Even had to reset it a few times. Room smelled musty when we walked in. Had to give info thru a small window and could barely hear the lady. Room did have a couple roaches but we killed them and never saw anymore.
