  I booked this property based on booking.com reviews. It was nothing like the ratings. Run down, felt dirty and my first room smelled horrible. Had to ask to be moved. The second room was better, but it was still just an old room. Bathroom walls were nasty. I just felt like I was at a low grade motel. I won’t stay there again. For the price and area there were too many other options. The only real positive was the front desk staff. Very nice and accommodating.

  I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America by Burbank Airport and had an excellent experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and really quite affordable, which is always a plus. I’d definitely recommend it. A special shoutout to Kam at the front desk—he was incredibly welcoming and professional. He’s got this genuinely kind demeanor that makes you feel right at home. All in all, a great stay!

  It was clean. It was nice. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. All the fact that you have to use a card to get on the elevator in and out the door. Safety was good. They had security.
