We stay here when visiting our daughter in Redwood City. It is clean and quiet, with helpful staff. We had an accessible ground level room near the pool, which was what we needed. Fresh waffles for breakfast!

Working out of town staying here some co workers said they had bugs all over room when they first got there after some research found out they were bed bugs they proceeded to go to office to get there money back which was granted and guy at front counter was like “ yeah it’s been flagged for that problem” and they continue to sleep people in it for the night absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond for my daughter's 30th and my granddaughters 5th birthday!! They had two platters of gorgeous and most delicious chocolate chop cookies displayed in our room when we walked in!! Oohhh and not to mention one of the front desk conciergeis brought her two beverages tickets for our stay. They did an excellent job!! They need toknow what an amazing job their doing.!!! You truly have an excellent staff and thats hard to find these days!

To begin Ii was charged a total of either $36 or $38 for the parking garage. Every time my daughter' and I retirned from somewhere we always had the front desk click our ticke.t So I'm not sure what happened there? Then when we got to our room we were quite surprised to find that the room wasn't that clean at all. There was things underneath the bed and surprisingly the mirrors were barely wiped down. Then we went to put our belongings in the fridge and well that was dirty as well. So in order to put our belongings in the fridges we had to clean that as well. For a hotel thats been or is still being remodeled i would not let guests stay in that room. There was paint on the floor, then it looked someone had drilled a few things in the bathroom and the mess was still there. Also there was hairs on both of our bedding. Im not sire if the beds were new or not but they truly were one of the most uncomfortable beds we had slept on and we travel everywhere. I was thinking for the price I paid for the room I was expecting at least a comfy bed. And finally you might want to mention to the cleaning staff that they need to move everything thats possible when vacuuming. You know its the littlest things that matter, like putting the trash bag inside the cans, have everything dusted off. To you it all may sound petty but I try not to ever leave a bad review but this time I couldn't let it go. My husband owns a restaurant so I know all to.well about keeping things looking great at all times . No exceptions! We have staff meetings once a week so that everyone's on the same page and know exactly what needs done every day. We reward our employees very well if they are working to our expectations.
