That we could not stay longer.

We felt cared for throughout our stay and even before our arrival, there was regular contact via WA. Any queries and special requests were always always dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. The location is good, the appartment was very comfortable and the free shuttle service provided between the hotel and the ski resort is excellent. We loved the fact that the appart hotel is a family run business and enjoyed meeting different members of the team

A small suggestion: It would be helpful if basic items like sugar, salt, and washing-up liquid were provided. Otherwise, guests end up having to purchase large quantities—for example, buying a kilo of sugar when only a few spoonfuls are needed.

The location was fantastic—close to a road, but not too busy. The view of the mountains was truly refreshing. The place was well-equipped, with most necessities provided. We had a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. Communication with the host before our arrival was excellent; any questions we had were answered promptly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay, and the kids are eager to return.

A gorgeous property in the mountains. The apartment had everything you could need. We especially took advantage of the washing machine. There is a restaurant but be aware that it isn't open for dinners. You must also be prepared and bring your food as any shops are not close. The receptionist was extremely helpful about the region. Across the road is an easy walk with art installations and 10min drive into the mountains are many trails including the the spectacular sundial accessed by a chairlift.

We liked everything.

Location for rest and hiking is wonderful. It is nestled in a river valley high in the mountains, easily accessible on good roads. We were self-catering and kitchen was fully equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in and out easy and quick. Parking available. Ramps and elevators a plus for those who need them. Easy access by car to Andorra La Vella, Andorra's capital city.

Restricted heater timings means it could get cold late at night and early morning in the shower. Ordino bus schedule and taxis are highly unreliable - may not be suitable for travellers who are not driving.

The cabin-in-the-woods vibes wowed us. The view from one of the windows was the flowing stream. Everything about the accoms was homely - from the lobby to the staircase landing to the cafe and our apartment. The cafe food was excellent - worth waking up for. The staff helped us so many times, even beyond reception hours when we had a mini situation. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The property is a great starting point for many hikes, both easy (eg Iron route) and harder ones (eg Refugi de l’Angonella). Highly recommend for nature lovers!

Good communication, easy to check despite a late arrival. The owners even took us to town in the morning as it was too early for a taxi! Upon leaving our car had a flat battery and the owners jumped it for us! Sure helpful and friendly....would highly recommed as a great case for exploring.

ALL the staff were friendly, helpful and displayed a happy manner. As we had a car, the location suited us very well and offered easy access to both the nearby town and mountains. New smart TV’s had recently been added to the rooms, which included Netflix in the offering. A great addition. Last but certainly not least, the food tasted great!
