The room facilities were old. There was no balcony to vent the ski clothes and socks after a long day on the slopes. No private parking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water stream in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the location 50m from the ski lift and right next to a variety of restaurants and super markets was perfect.

Lovely small, very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless if a little dated. Bonus of a full bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was plenty for our needs. Great ski lockers and amazing location. We had a triple room.

Bathroom was very basic and emitted some strange sounds and smells occasionally. The WiFi is absolutely terrible, barely worked at any time

Location is great, very close to the slopes. Free ski locker included was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

Excellently located property with easy access to the Grandvalira ski area and also to the various amenities of Pas de la Casa. Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour reception very helpful for late arrival/early morning check out. Good ski storage facilities available. Would definitely recommend Hotel Casado to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a ski trip to Pas de la Casa!

Breakfast could be better. Its OK, but just a bit limited. Also the pillow was a bit hard.

Good room, shower with bathtub, good bed. Excellent location: super close to the ski lift, many nice restaurants around and ski rentals.

we went to get a drink at the bar one evening and staff completely ignored us. we were standing at the bar waiting to be served and the barman was chatting to other customers and then went on to his phone. We just left the bar after this. Other than that the staff were pretty friendly. The rooms are very warm and unfortunately the area it is in is loud at night so opening a window wasn’t really an option. I would recommend bringing ear plugs and everything would have been fine!

the properties location is absolutely perfect. really short walk to the slopes and the rooms are small but really comfortable. The shower was lovely. we were able to buy our ski pass and lessons directly from the hotel which was also very handy.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, we were late booking and didn’t have a lot of choice. Having said that it turned out to be a very friendly, very comfortable, small hotel, and far exceeded my expectations! Okay, the acid test, Would I stay there again? With pleasure!
