We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelThe room facilities were old. There was no balcony to vent the ski clothes and socks after a long day on the slopes. No private parking.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water stream in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the location 50m from the ski lift and right next to a variety of restaurants and super markets was perfect.

Lovely small, very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless if a little dated. Bonus of a full bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was plenty for our needs. Great ski lockers and amazing location. We had a triple room.

Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour reception very helpful for late arrival/early morning check out. Good ski storage facilities available. Would definitely recommend Hotel Casado to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a ski trip to Pas de la Casa!

Irelandwe went to get a drink at the bar one evening and staff completely ignored us. we were standing at the bar waiting to be served and the barman was chatting to other customers and then went on to his phone. We just left the bar after this. Other than that the staff were pretty friendly. The rooms are very warm and unfortunately the area it is in is loud at night so opening a window wasn’t really an option. I would recommend bringing ear plugs and everything would have been fine!
the properties location is absolutely perfect. really short walk to the slopes and the rooms are small but really comfortable. The shower was lovely. we were able to buy our ski pass and lessons directly from the hotel which was also very handy.
