The rooms could do with a tiny bit more ventilation, particularly the bathroom. Lots of moisture in the room, only way to get rid of it was to open up the windows in the bedroom, which makes the room very cold. No other complaints!

Really friendly and professional staff. Amazing quality food. Massages and treatments were fantastic. Rooms are a good size, very comfy beds, perfect for after skiing. Very reliable shuttle bus.

Very noisy and walls seemed to be paper thin where you could hear other rooms and rest of hotel during the night. Slippers in the spa are useless and make you feel like you are walking on ice

There was no ventilation in the room and no radiators. There was a conditioner, but after turning it on the air burned very rapidly and it caused headache. Also every morning and evening we had wet windows after taking a shower so the water was dropping from the window which was not very convenient

I was impressed by the restaurant and especially by chef, who cooked varied food every day in the evening and morning, everything was very delicious. Also in this restaurant were the most attentive and friendly waiters I've ever met.

Would have liked a swimming pool. But knew in advance that the hotel didn't have one.

SPA is not included into the price and that was disappointing, garage is really tough to get into and even more difficult to get out of it.

Strange smell from steam room, which was mostly unused. Sauna was good. Swimming pool / jacuzzi water could be warmer.

Brilliant customer service from reception, restaurant, housekeeping and shuttle bus staff. Good options for buffet dinner and breakfast. Budget-friendly so you get what you paid for!

Long walk to lifts and had to pay extra again for hotel shuttle. We paid extra for spa access with a luke warm hot tub and over chlorinated pool.

Good Breakfast, comfy bed. Had free broth at the end of the day.

soundproofing - if at the front you hear the road (and sounds from surrounding rooms), if at the back you tend to pick up the noise from the bar area. That said…it’s bearable enough.

This is the second time in consecutive years my son, daughter in law, grandchildren & I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are lovely, breakfast & dinner buffets are delightful & the hotel & rooms are spotlessly clean. The complimentary mini bus to the ski lifts is huge plus as is the spa which is available to all residents.

When booking a non mountain view room , I didn’t this meant my room wouldn’t have any daylight! I think this is a little inhumane and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this room to anyone. It was a big shame .

Rooms a bit small for sharing a twin and heating on constantly as no means of turning it off. Has to have the window open which is against my principles.

Buffet very good value, spa was excellent and surprised that it was free staff were great and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable

There was some mold smell in some of the rooms. Some of the staff was rude, but this also happened in the restaurants and ski center.

The free ski bus organized by the hotel was good and efficient enough, it had to be booked in advance and the way up the hill to the cable car, is almost doable in ski boots, but not enjoyable. The spa was good enough. And also most of the staff was gentle and well manered. Also it is possible to communicate with the hotel via whatsapp, for booking spa,skibus and solving issues, was very helpful.

Garage / parking is a nightmare to get out from. Nothing dries in the room. Sauna was always cold.

Hotel seems stuck in the 80s, needs a proper refresher. Shower had mold, lighting scheme of the room was odd. Jaccuzi was not warm.

Location is right at the entrance to the great hikes in the area
