I loved the building and the location. We had a lovely welcome. The room was lovely and the view phenomenal! Food in the restaurant was lovely and the waitress could not have been happier or more helpful. Dog was welcome everywhere except the restaurant which was perfect.

The room was small but adequate, as was the shower. Location was a bit far from Andorra La Vella where parking can be a bit pricey, but if you are in Andorra just to chill, or to ski then this is a good option for you. Be aware that Andorra is not in the EU telephone roaming zone, so you will need to buy a seperate data package.

The staff in Xalet Besoli were exceptional, from Paula ans Sole in reception who had excellent English and made us very welcome, Araceli who ran the dining room with a smile and the chef who produced dinners far above the 3 star rating of this hotel. The continental breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended for a half board holiday with value for money far above its budget price.

The receptionist, as your first contact, greatly influences your impression of a hotel, and Soledad's friendly welcome created an excellent impression. The hotel is designed for the winter sports market so bedrooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel offers good value budget accommodation, a good breakfast and dinner, and good parking.

nothing really not to like. I can't really remember the LED lighting situation so I haven't deducted or added points for the lighting. Remember any hotel that uses any form of LED lighting (the warm cosy ones are just as nauseus as the Wuhan standard issue blinders) you will always automatically lose 2 points in my scoring for atmosphere. So Hotel Xalet Besoli I would always encourage you to find candelescent lighting for best results!

The breakfast was great. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was good value. the bathroom was nice with a bath. the room was spacious. There was a balcony with views over the valley. well located for access to the town

The only downside is the size of the family rooms. They are quite narrow so difficult to navigate with four of us plus luggage.

Lovely friendly staff who will do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Half board highly recommended. And they always ensured a fussy eater (me) had something to eat every night.

There are no grocery stores nearby, and there is no option to charge electric cars.

Cleanliness at the highest level, very warm to the point of having to open the door at night, private parking and beautiful views. Very friendly staff and good food.

Friendly staff and fantastic food absolutely worth taking, inspired by local flavours. A three course dinner with a choice from a daily set menu for each of them. The village offers nice scenic hiking trails around. Good free parking included, but there is a bus connection.

Great, friendly hotel in good location. Accommodation very clean and functional, communal areas comfortable and clean with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was a great continental selection, dinner very nicely done with 3 choices for each of 3 courses.
