The staff were helpful and supportive but the lack of English was difficult of me.

It's a very dated hotel but one that fulfils its price and purpose. No air con and it was hot so had to asleep with the windows open with the all the associated street noise. Parkingh was far away.

Hotel is maybe not the newest but the stuff is very helpful and it was clean everywhare

The room was a bit old styled in a way.

The bedroom space it's well, but the toilet space it's very small. I can't see nothing more positive on this hotel.

They have just one public park around the hotel and it's small, don't have enough space for the neighbors and the hotel visitors, the places to park in the streets are very restricted and also doesn't comport everyone who needs to park there, if you are traveling with car (in Andorra it's extremely necessary a car) should be very hard to park if you will stay on this hotel. Take it in your mind because you can spend up to an hour just looking for a place to park. The shower water was not warm enough, it's cold specially on an winter with very low temperatures it's important to provide a warm water to take a shower. Also the bedroom heater was not working well. I didn't recommend this hotel. The toilet space it's very small.

They were so nice with us. They offered us umbrella ,it was a miserable day.
